A guest lecture on “Smart Nutrition for Smart Minds: A Guide for College-Going Girls” was conducted for all B. Pharm (Div. A & B) Girls students at Modern College of Pharmacy, Nigdi, Pune. The session was delivered by Mrs. Rajeshwari Shelke, Clinical Nutritionist and Type 2 Diabetes Remission Coach, Pune. Mrs. Shelke provided a focused and informative session on the role of balanced nutrition, lifestyle habits, and evidence-based dietary practices in supporting the physical and cognitive well-being of young women. Her practical insights and professional expertise offered valuable guidance to the students. A total of 79 students attended and benefitted from this seminar, which was highly appreciated for its relevance and clarity.
